Technical Business Systems Analyst

The BSA’s primary objective is to ensure proper functioning of business systems and customer facing online properties on a day-to-day basis. The second objective is to make recommendations for optimizing productivity as it relates to business systems processing. This includes resolution of system problems, project management of new system implementations, and management of software upgrades of current systems. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is expected to build system skills and capabilities within the departments. The BSA is the primary liaison between the end users and the Digital Solutions (DS) department and/or external system vendors. The focus will be on the customer facing online properties and the BSA will work with Marketing and Digital Solutions to ensure successful projects.

Digital Learning, Project Manager

Responsible for managing DavisEdge and QuAD. This role assists with user acceptance testing services for digital product maintenance release meeting F.A. Davis quality standards. Conducts all Davis Edge UAT. The Digital Learning Project Manager and identify DavisPlus resource usage and DavisEdge Analytics. Position interacts with vendors, F.A. Davis Digital Publishing, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, Editorial and Production Departments.

Marketing Manager

The MM’s primary objective is the development and implementation of marketing plans that ensure achievement of title and/or subject yearly sales and usage goals. Marketing plans will specify which tools (email marketing, webinars, conference attendance) to use to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Key parts of the marketing plan are the product messaging/positioning for use in email marketing, webinars, sales training, and creation of promotional material. For new titles and/or customer groups MM will also develop and execute plans to build target customer lists.
