• Print Products
   • If you purchased a print book directly from F. A. Davis and find that it does not meet your expectations, you may return it in salable condition with a copy of your invoice within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and a full credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
   • If the print product you purchased included an Access Code, and you have already scratched off the silver strip and/or registered the Access Code, the book cannot be returned.
• Instant Access, online-only products, including ebooks and online programs, are non-refundable.
• Package and bundles of products must include all components or credit will not be issued.
• For more information, review our Return Policy.
• The purchase of most print titles does not include an eBook.
• If an ebook is included, it will be listed in the details on the product page.

   • Click on the book title in the search results page.
   • The product page will list the available options (e.g., Print Only, Print with eBook, Print with Online Product, eBook Only).
• Your shipping confirmation email will list the individual components in your package

   • All components, whether print or digital, will be listed.
• Instructors may request temporary access to ebooks and online products for adoption review by completing the request form.
• Students cannot request temporary access.
If you forgot your password, please visit the login page and click Forgot Password? Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your email’s spam folder.
First, please check your email’s spam folder for a message from services@fadavis.com. (The sender name will be an F.A. Davis website – FADavis.com, DavisPlus.com, etc.)

• If you purchased a print product, you’ll find an Access Code on the inside front cover of the book. To redeem the Access Code...

  • Click “Login/Join” in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Log in or create an account.
  • On the My Products page, enter your access code.
• If you purchased instant online access to a product, you have immediate access to the online resources from your My Products page. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase and a link for immediate access.
• For more detailed instructions, follow the directions in this step-by-step guide.
• Please complete the General Support form below to verify your purchase. We may ask you to attach a photocopy of your receipt and picture of damaged code so a member of our Customer Support team can assist you.

  • On the product page, select the “Instant Access” option.

• If you are not sure of your log-in credentials or are having difficulty logging into your account, please send an e-mail to CS@FADavis.com and we will reset your password.
• Check your junk/spam e-mail folder.
• If your confirming email still hasn’t arrived, Submit a Case here. [Note: In order to “Submit a Case,” you will need to log in or create an account.] You will be contacted with a new password within 1-2 business days.
• If you received a Class ID from your instructor, you must first buy or redeem access to the digital product your instructor used to create the online course. Be sure that you have bought the correct product. (For instance, if your instructor’s Medical Language class is using Medical Terminology Simplified, you cannot join the class if you bought Medical Terminology Express.)
• If you have access to the appropriate product and still have a problem entering your Class ID, e-mail CS@FADavis.com with your name, account e-mail address, your instructor’s name, and the Class ID.
• If you have logged into FADavis.com or one of our online products, and the page does not load, clear your browser’s cache or try to login using a different browser.

• Instructors: If this does not resolve the issue, please check your email’s junk and/or spam folders for a confirmation e-mail from F.A Davis as not confirming your account may be the reason your page won’t load. You will need to use this e-mail to confirm that your e-mail address is active and belongs to you.
  If you did not receive this e-mail or you are unable to locate this e-mail, please go to Davis’s Technical Support Center to Create a Case, initiate a Live Chat, or speak by phone with our support staff.
• To access your class, you must redeem the Access Code (or purchase Online Access) for the product on which the class is based.
• Follow the instructions for logging in/joining.
• Then, click on Join a Class and enter the class ID distributed by your instructor.
[Be sure that you have access to the correct product. For instance, if your instructor’s Medical Language class is using Medical Terminology Simplified, you cannot join the class if you bought Medical Terminology Express.)
• For additional assistance on how to join a class using your class ID, click the “Help” or “Support” button at the top of your online product’s screen and locate “Getting Started where you’ll find video tutorials.
• The videos open in a new window; if a new window does not open, contact your system administrator/network provider or disable your pop-up blocker.
• The videos play in an embedded Vimeo player which may experience issues in certain browsers. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try to log in again.
