Individual Customers
If you purchased a book directly from F. A. Davis Company and find that it does not meet your expectations, return it in salable condition within 30 days of the invoice date and your invoice will be promptly credited.

Unopened software, videos, and CDs may be returned, unopened, within 30 days of the invoice date for full credit.

• All authorized and approved returns will be issued a Credit note. The Credit Note may be applied to invoices or future purchases for a period of 2 years.
  
  

Please return the item using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS/return receipt) so we can issue a credit if your package is lost. Send your returns to our Distribution Center at the following address:
