Using ISBNs to
Search for Books
on fadavis.com
On this website, it is not necessary to enter the entire ISBN when searching for a particular F. A. Davis product, just the last five digits.
For example, here are two examples of ISBNs:
ISBN-13: 978-0-8036-0882-5
ISBN-10: 0-8036-0882-9
In each case, the digits in red identify the specific product, while the blue numbers identify the F. A. Davis Company.
Because we only sell our own products on our website, our ordering system just needs to identify the publication that you are searching for -- it automaticaly assumes this to be a Davis product. As a result, the company identification portion of any Davis ISBN number isn't necessary when searching on fadavis.com.
In addition, omitting the hyphen before the final digit will not affect your search -- for example, 0882-5 and 08825 will both yield the same result (in this case, Nursing Health Assessment: A Critical Thinking, Case Studies Approach).
